Issuance, verification traffic and delivery health — one honest overview.
The essentials are front and centre — and everything a serious credentialing operation needs is here too.
A drag-and-drop canvas with dynamic variables — recipient names, courses, dates, QR codes, seals, signatures and grades — pixel-perfect on every export.
Import a spreadsheet or call the API. Validate, generate and issue thousands of certificates in a single run.
Certificates arrive by email, SMS or WhatsApp — each recipient gets a secure personal portal to view, download and share.
Every credential carries a tamper-proof ID and QR code. Anyone can verify authenticity in seconds — no account needed.
Route drafts through reviewers and signatories with full role-based control before anything is issued.
Track issuance, opens and verifications in real time. Every action is logged, and the full platform is scriptable through a clean REST API.
Watch a certificate move through every stage — who does what, what each step can do, and the properties it carries.
Compose a branded, reusable template on a visual canvas and bind dynamic variables that fill themselves at issue time.
Certifada is multi-tenant by design, with the governance layer institutions expect from day one.
No inflated numbers. No locked-in contracts. Just a platform designed to work harder for you than any tool you've used before.
Every credential has its own verification page, opened by the QR code printed on it or by its unique link. That page is read live from the issuing registry each time, so it shows who issued the credential, when, and whether it is still valid — never a cached copy. Anyone handed a PDF or image can also check it by uploading the file at certifada.com/verify. Verification is unlimited and free on every plan, including Free.
No. Verification is an ordinary public web page — nothing to sign up for, download or install, and it works on any phone. Recipients who want every credential they have ever earned in one place can open a passwordless wallet with just their email address, but that is entirely optional.
Minutes. Start on the Free plan without a card, pick a ready-made template or design your own in the browser, add a recipient and send. There is nothing to install and no IT project to schedule — most teams have their first real batch out the same day.
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file, map your columns to the template fields once, preview any row, and generate the whole batch — every recipient gets their own unique verification link and QR code. You can also collect recipients through a registration form, or issue programmatically through the API.
Yes. Your logo, colours, fonts and signatures carry across templates, emails and verification pages, and every workspace gets a free yourname.certifada.com address from day one. Higher plans remove Certifada branding entirely and serve verification from your own domain.
Someone can edit a downloaded image, but it changes nothing: the file is not the credential — the record is. Verification always reads the issuer’s live registry, so an altered copy fails to match and a fabricated one has no record at all. Downloads also carry an embedded verification mark, so a file handed to you can be checked by uploading it.
Revoke it in one click and the public verification page shows the revoked status immediately, so anyone who checks later sees the truth rather than a stale certificate. A misspelled name or wrong field can be corrected and re-issued instead. Every action is written to the audit log with who did it and when.
They stay verifiable, permanently. Recipients put these on CVs and professional profiles, and breaking those links because you changed vendors would punish them for your decision. Your data is exportable, and credentials are issued as Open Badges, so nothing is trapped in a private format.
Data is hosted in the UAE by default under a standard Data Processing Agreement, aligned with UAE PDPL and GDPR principles. Enterprise plans can choose their region and dedicated capacity. Our security posture, compliance position and the full list of subprocessors are published in the Trust Center.
Yes — that is the point of a verifiable credential. Each one is an IMS Open Badges 2.0 badge with its data baked into the image itself, so it validates in any Open Badges tool or backpack. Recipients can add it to Apple or Google Wallet, push it to their LinkedIn profile with the fields pre-filled, or share the link anywhere.
Yes. A REST API and signed webhooks let your LMS, HR system or student portal issue credentials and track them automatically, with full request logs in a developer console. There is also a connector for ChatGPT and Claude, so an AI assistant can issue on your behalf under exactly the same permissions and audit trail as a person.
Fully — right-to-left layout across the whole product, Arabic-first template sets, and Arabic certificate rendering that handles ligatures and Arabic-Indic numerals properly rather than as an afterthought. Emails to recipients can go out in Arabic, English, or both in a single message. On every plan, including Free.
